Twee nuwe woonbuurte in die munisipaliteit is nie die antwoord op die behuisingsprobleem nie aangesien die munisipaliteit nie eens daarin slaag om die bestaande woonbuurte se dienste te verseker nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus stel as alternatief voor dat die goedgekeurde ontwikkeling in die Dassierand-gebied nou ge&#xEF;mplementeer word. Tot dusver kon die ANC nie daarin slaag om die proses verder as stads-en streeksbeplanning te kry nie.<\/p>\n<p>Dit wys die ANC kan nie effektiewe implementering van raadsbesluite verseker nie. Intussen word inwoners ongeduldig vanwe&#xEB; die feit dat die ANC le&#xEB; beloftes maak en niemand daarby baat vind nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die meerderheid bestaande inwoners van die Mooibank-area is gekant teen die ontwikkeling en &#x2018;n versoekskrif daarteen sal eersdaags ingehandig word.
