Pieter Groenewald, die Vryheidsfront Plus se parlement&#xEA;re leier.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Die wyse waarop die regerende ANC dit gebruik, is niks anders nie as misbruik om emosies op te jaag en om verwagtinge by mense te skep waaraan nie voldoen kan word nie.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;U wil die indruk skep dat u vir almal net &#x2018;n stukkie grond wil gee. En as jy grond het, dan is jy ryk. Die werklikheid is dat u fokus op ras en ek wil vandag vir u s&#xEA;: U moet u fokus verskuif, want met ras as fokus, jaag u emosies op.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Die fokus met grondhervorming, as u dit moet toepas, moet die ekonomie wees. Dit moet ekonomies haalbaar wees, dan kan dit dalk &#x2018;n sukses wees. Dan kan nasiebou en sosiale samebinding dalk plaasvind.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Dit sal nie gebeur op die wyse waar dit polities misbruik word om stemme te werf vir aanstaande jaar se verkiesing nie,&#x201D; s&#xEA; dr. Groenewald.<\/p>\n<p>Oor gevalle waar eise in terme van restitusie ingestel kan word waar daar reeds grond deur restitusie toegeken is, het dr. Groenewald gevra of dit beteken dat bedrog gepleeg is in die grondhervormingsproses.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Indien dit gebeur het, het iemand mos voorheen gelieg om te s&#xEA; dit is ons grond. Hoe gaan u hiermee handel?&#x201D;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;Oor die koste van die program het dr. Groenewald ges&#xEA; dit is totaal onaanvaarbaar dat die belastingbetaler soveel daarvoor moet betaal.<\/p>\n<p>Hy s&#xEA; in die verslag word genoem dat net die administratiewe koste om &#x2018;n kantoor te vestig, R1,367 miljard sal beloop, waarvan salarisse sowat die helfte van die bedrag uitmaak.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Is dit net weer kaderontplooiing om mense werk te gee? Kry eerder bestaande mense om hul werk te doen, dan het u nie nodig om daardie koste aan te gaan nie,&#x201D; s&#xEA; dr.
