Mandla Msibi, Mpumalanga se LUR vir samewerkende regering en tradisionele sake (Cogta), &apos;n sitting van die provinsiale wetgewer bygewoon.<\/p>\n<p>Dit was om die artikel 106-ondersoek insake die munisipaliteit se statut&#xEA;re verantwoordelikhede te bespreek en om vas te stel wat die burgemeester, Nhlakanipho Zuma, intussen gedoen het om teen wanadministrasie, bedrog en wanbestuur op te tree.<\/p>\n<p>Die ondersoek is in Junie 2020 van stapel gestuur ingevolge artikel 106(1)(b) van die Munisipale Stelselswet.<\/p>\n<p>Dit het talle bewerings van bedrog, korrupsie, wanadministrasie, nepotisme, onre&#xEB;lmatige betalings en ander afwykings van die wet aan die lig gebring.<\/p>\n<p>Hierdie bewerings het senior munisipale amptenare en raadslede betrek.<\/p>\n<p>Die GMM kon geen vorderingsverslag aan die LUR oorhandig aangaande optrede teenoor amptenare en raadslede wat by bogenoemde betrek is nie.<\/p>\n<p>Raadslede dra ook geen kennis van beweerde vergaderings wat glo gehou is in die GMM aangaande die aangeleentheid nie.
