{"id":60266,"date":"2022-05-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-24T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/nuutste-nuus\/vf-plus-verwelkom-skorsing-van-emfuleni-se-finansile-beampte\/"},"modified":"2022-05-25T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-05-24T22:00:00","slug":"vf-plus-verwelkom-skorsing-van-emfuleni-se-finansile-beampte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vfplus.org.za\/af\/mediaverklarings\/vf-plus-verwelkom-skorsing-van-emfuleni-se-finansile-beampte\/","title":{"rendered":"VF Plus verwelkom skorsing van Emfuleni se finansi\u00eble beampte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die VF Plus verwelkom die skorsing van die waarnemende finansi&#xEB;le beampte van die Emfuleni-plaaslike munisipaliteit (Evaton, Sebokeng, Vaal Oewer, Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging), Andile Dyakala, wat aan vyf aanklagte van ernstige ongerymdhede skuldig bevind is.<\/p>\n<p>Die sluit in die onregmatige verlenging van die werkskontrakte van politieke personeel, die aanstelling van diensverskaffers vir korttermyn-versekering, oortreding van die munisipaliteit se voorsieningsregulasies, ongematigde goedkeuring van &#8216;n begrafnisdiens vir &#8216;n raadslid en neerhalende uitlatings oor die munisipaliteit op sosiale media.<\/p>\n<p>Die verslag wat voor die raad gedien het, het aanbeveel dat artikel 32 van die Munisipale Finansi&#xEB;le Bestuurswet toepas word en die persoon verantwoordelik gehou word vir alle ongemagtigde, onre&#xEB;lmatige, vrugtelose en verkwiste uitgawes.<\/p>\n<p>Die raad het ook besluit om alle kontrakte vanaf 2020 tot en met sy skorsing in 2022 op te skort rakende &#8216;n ondersoek vir verdere moontlike ongerymdhede.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus het by verskeie geleenthede teen Dyakala gewaarsku en gevra dat sy departement deeglik ondersoek moet word.<\/p>\n<p>Emfuleni gaan reeds gebuk onder finansi&#xEB;le druk en het nie eens die finansi&#xEB;le vermo&#xEB; om daaglikse dienste te voorsien nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die ANC-regering in Emfuleni het nie die politieke wil om die streek suksesvol te bestuur nie en tree net op teen skuldige amptenare wanneer daar geen ander uitweg is nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus sal voortgaan om daarop aan te dring dat streng opgetree word teen munisipale amptenare wat belastinggeld vermors en wanbestee.<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die VF Plus verwelkom die skorsing van die waarnemende finansi&#xEB;le beampte van die Emfuleni-plaaslike munisipaliteit (Evaton, Sebokeng, Vaal Oewer, Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging), Andile Dyakala, wat aan vyf aanklagte van ernstige ongerymdhede skuldig bevind is.
