Hiervan is R86 miljoen onderbestee by hospitale wat duidelik op &#8216;n groot probleem dui.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus het tydens &#x2018;n sitting van die parlement&#xEA;re portefeuljekomitee vir gesondheid aan die minister van gesondheid, dr. Zwelini Mkhize, gestel dat hierdie onderbesteding uiters kommerwekkend is.
