Derdeparty-administrateurs skroom nie om die Fonds verantwoordbaar te hou deur middel van regsaksie nie en juis daarom bestaan die vermoede dat die departement van arbeid en werkskepping van hierdie administrateurs ontslae wil raak.<\/p>\n<p>Alhoewel die aanvanklike wysiging wat die sessie van mediese eise onmoontlik gemaak het gewysig is om dit wel toe te laat moet derdeparty-administrateurs nou by die Fonds registreer onderhewig aan &#xF1; tans onbekende kriteria. Dit is irrasioneel en oorregulerend van aard.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vergoedingsfonds bestuur sowat R60 miljard en ontvang jaarliks sowat R9 miljard aan werkgewersbydraes. Tog het hy nou sewe agtereenvolgende gekwalifiseerde ouditverslae van die ouditeur-generaal (OG) ontvang en niemand word aanspreeklik gehou nie.
