Die openbare sektor het &#x2018;n merkwaardige tekort aan kundigheid, terwyl die privaatsektor duur en ontoeganklik is. In albei gevalle verloor Suid-Afrikaanse burgers.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus glo die grootste uitdaging vir die openbare sektor is nie tekort aan fondse nie, maar &#x2018;n gebrek aan kundigheid en onvoldoende beplanning. Openbare gesondheidsorg se agteruitgang is weens wanbestuur en korrupsie, nie weens &apos;n tekort aan geld nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die ANC-regering se antwoord is om &apos;n gesondheidsorgmodel op di&#xE9; van die Kubaanse gesondheidsorgmodel te baseer. Miljoene rande word jaarliks daaraan bestee om Suid-Afrikaanse studente in Kuba op te lei.<\/p>\n<p>Di&#xE9; studente kan egter nie spesifieke gesondheidskwessies eie aan Suid-Afrika behandel nie.<\/p>\n<p>Kubaanse gesondheidsorg blyk die model te wees waarop die Nasionale-Gesondheidsverskering (NGV) gegrond is. Dit is egter nie die sosialistiese model wat die ANC verkoop nie.<\/p>\n<p>In Kuba is daar drie vlakke van gesondheidsorg: een vir buitelanders wat kontant kan betaal, een vir Kubaanse elite soos staatsamptenare en bekendes en een vir die gewone landsburgers. Die VF Plus kan dus nie anders as om die NRV te veroordeel en daarteen te stem nie.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus stel die volgende werkbare oplossings vir openbare gesondheid voor:<\/p>\n<p>&#x2022; Verseker samewerking tussen die openbare &#x2013; en private gesondheidsektore sodat kundigheid en geriewe gekombineer kan word. <br \/>&#x2022; Goeie bestuurspraktyke moet by alle hospitale en klinieke geld. <br \/>&#x2022; Persone met bestuursondervinding moet as uitvoerende hoofde van hospitale aangestel word.<br \/>&#x2022; Die VF Plus veroordeel die oorregulering van die mediese fondsbedryf waardeur die fondse oormatig belas word en die netto belastinglas op individue vergroot word.<\/p>\n<p>Kontaknommer: 076 629 6219<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Openbare- en privaatgesondheidsorg in Suid-Afrika verskil soos dag en nag.
