Die gevolg is dat die inwoners uiteindelik self moet ingryp ten einde dienslewering moontlik te maak.<\/p>\n<p>Dit lyk dus of dienslewering onder ANC-beheer al hoe meer geprivatiseer gaan word. Tans maak die publiek self paaie reg en samel fondse in om hof toe te gaan om dienslewering af te dwing of self infrastruktuur te herstel. Hierdie tendens sal net vergroot soos die ANC, ten spyte van beloftes tot die teendeel, ANC-beheerde plaaslike regerings oor die afgrond bestuur.<\/p>\n<p>Intussen stel Maile net daarin belang om sy teenstanders name te noem terwyl hy telkens by die hof pak slae kry oor sy irrasionele besluite. Die plasing van Tshwane-metroraad onder administrasie is &#x2018;n baie goeie voorbeeld in hierdie verband. <\/p>\n<p>Selfs in koalisie-beheerde rade, soos die Tshwane-metroraad, ondermyn ANC-personeel dienslewering.
