Die mosie ten opsigte van onteiening sonder vergoeding wat vandeesweek in die parlement aanvaar is, bedreig alle vorme van eiendomsreg, hetsy roerend, onroerend, intellektueel en andersins, en sal ekonomiese groei en vooruitgang in Suid-Arika op die ergste wyse denkbaar knel. <\/p>\n

Die VF Plus sal die voorgestelde wysiging van die Grondwet wat hierdie onteiening sal bewerkstelling ten sterkste teenstaan. <\/p>\n

Hoëvlakvergaderings oor die inwerkingtreding van die party se plan in dié verband is vir eerskomende Saterdag belê. <\/p>\n

"Die VF Plus is daartoe verbind om privaat-eiendomsreg te beskerm"<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Die plan om alle vorme van eiendomsreg, vryemarkbeginsels en uiteraard die gees en strekking van die Handves van Menseregte te beskerm, sal op Maandag, 5 Maart 2018, bekendgemaak word.<\/p>\n

Dit is belangrik om te verstaan dat die mosie wat in die parlement aanvaar is, ‘n baie gevaarlike proses van grondwetwysiging begin het, maar dat dit ‘n langdurige proses is waartydens openbare deelname in die vorm van beswaarmaking deur die burgerlike samelewing moet geskied.<\/p>\n

Die VF Plus is daartoe verbind om privaat-eiendomsreg te beskerm, en sal alles in die stryd werp om hierdie banale voorgestelde wysiging te keer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
