Daar was ook nie voldoende openbare deelname oor die gewysigde Ge&#xEF;ntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (IDP) nie. Senekal is nie by die openbare deelnameproses betrek nie.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Getrou aan ANC-geleide munisipaliteite in die Vrystaat, sukkel Setsoto verder om skuld vir dienstegelde in te vorder,&quot; s&#xEA; Lettie Bester, VF Plus raadslid in die Setsoto-plaaslike munisipaliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Die rente op uitstaande debiteure beloop tans R28 miljoen. Die finansi&#xEB;le posisie van die munisipaliteit is dus misleidend ho&#xEB;r as die werklikheid.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Ingevolge die MFMA moet &#x2018;n begroting se geprojekteerde inkomste realisties wees. Hierdie begroting neem egter nie vorige jare se swak invordering van skuld in ag nie.
