Die vrae lui onder meer<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;In sy antwoord pak die minister die skuld vir ongereelde instandhouding en die aanskaffing van toerusting en masjinerie op onder meer burokratiese rompslomp, uitkontraktering, stadige diens deur diensverskaffers en die feit dat sekere onderdele van oorsese lande ingevoer moet word. Hy laat ook blyk dat dit &#8216;n landwye probleme is.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Bydraend hiertoe word verdere skuld gepak op begrotingsbeperkinge en &#8216;n tekort aan geld om die masjiene en toerusting te onderhou.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Volgens die minister word oplossings bespreek soos die afwenteling van onderhoudsbegrotings aan hospitale en distrikte self om vinniger dienste te verseker. Daar is ook met die nasionale tesourie saamgewerk om &#8216;n plan daar te stel om die verskaffing van nuwe masjinerie en toerusting te bespoedig.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Die nasionale departement van gesondheid &#x201C;ondersoek&#x201D; ook die moontlikheid om &#8216;n gerekenariseerde &#x201C;instandhoudings- en bestuurstelsel&#x201D; vir mediese toerusting te bekom in die huidige finansi&#xEB;le jaar.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Die minister meld ook van &#x201C;planne&#x201D; om meer kliniese tegniese ingenieurs in diens te neem en op te lei om ho&#xEB; kontrakteurskoste uit te skakel om sodoende &#8216;n vinniger diens te bewerkstelling.<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>&quot;Die antwoorde van die minister is tekenend van die wyse waarop die ANC alles waaraan hy raak, in die grond in bestuur en dan die skuld op alles en almal buiten homself pak.&quot;<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Die minister maak melding van die een plan na die ander, maar die vraag is waarom die regering siendero&#xEB; toegelaat het dat die toestand van masjinerie en toerusting by hospitale so agteruitgegaan het dat dit &#8216;n nasionale krisis is.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Die VF Plus sal die ondernemings wat die minister in sy antwoorde doen, gereeld meet teen daadwerklike optrede om seker te maak dit bly nie net by mooi woorde en le&#xEB; beloftes nie,&quot; s&#xEA; van Staden.<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&quot;VF Plus het vandag &#8216;n debat aangevra oor probleme wat ondervind word met die instandhouding van mediese toerusting en masjinerie by staatshospitale, die tipe masjinerie en toerusting wat geraak word en die redes waarom instandhouding en herstelwerk nie gereeld en betyds gedoen word nie,&quot; s&#xEA; Philip van Staden, VF Plus-LP en hoofwoordvoerder van gesondheid.
