"Hierdie proses kan grootliks aan die verderflike invloed van die Suid-Afrikaanse Demokratiese Onderwysersunie toegeskryf word. Die swak werksetiek word deur 'n verslag van die IMF vroeër vanjaar bevestig, toe bevind is dat in skole in landelike gebiede en townships net 3, 5 ure onderrig per dag plaasvind.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

"Die sentrale fout, waaruit talle ander spruit, is die deprofessionalisering van onderwys as professie."<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

"Intussen word leerders in die grondslagfase bevorder, selfs al is die grondslae van geletterdheid en gesyferdheid nie suksesvol gelê nie.<\/p>\n

"Verder word moedertaalonderrig ondermyn, terwyl voortdurend op die teenoorgestelde aanspraak gemaak word. Die departement kan daarop aanspraak maak dat hierdie geërfde probleme is waaraan gewerk word.<\/p>\n

"Die lomp en geheimsinnige manier waarop die departement poog om sogenaamde omvattende seksondderrig by skole te implementeer, is 'n selfgemaakte krisis.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

"Die departement verswyg byvoorbeeld die waarskuwings in 'n verslag oor loodsprojekte wat dit self geborg het. Dit neem ook nie ouers, onderwysers, of die parlement ten volle in sy vertroue oor wat beplan word en teen watter tydsraamwerk nie."<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

"Die VF Plus kan teen hierdie agtergrond nie die begrotingsverslag steun nie," sê Boshoff.<\/p>\n
