Studente se behoefte aan toeganklike hoër onderwys is legitiem. Geweld en wetteloosheid wat hiermee gepaard gaan, soos met die Fees Must Fall-veldtog, kan egter nie goedgepraat nie. Daar moet opgetree word teen mense wat die wet oortree, ongeag die dryfkrag agter hul optrede.<\/p>\n

Dit is volgens Wouter Wessels,  VF Plus-LP tydens 'n debat oor onderwys Dinsdag in die parlement.<\/p>\n

Wessels het tydens die vurige debat gesê dit is onaanvaarbaar dat onvervangbare boeke, skilderye en geboue vernietig word in protesoptrede oor gratis hoër onderwys. Dié optrede het nie bygedra tot die verwesenliking van gratis hoër onderwys nie, maar het dié strewe eerder verydel.<\/p>\n

Die skade van R800 miljoen wat aangerig is in die protes-aksies, kon gebruik word om agtduisend studente te help om grade te verwerf.<\/p>\n

"Dit is bandeloosheid wat nie ruimte daarvoor laat om die land en die ekonomie op te bou en vorentoe te laat beweeg nie"<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

"’n Party soos die EFF verstaan dit nie. Hulle is steeds in ‘n rewolusie vasgevang.<\/p>\n

"Die EFF kan nie insien dat die rewolusie verby is nie. Die land moet nou opgebou word. Maar al wat die EFF predik, is om af te breek en te vernietig. Sommige mense kan dit egter nie insien nie omdat hulle vasgevang is agter die tralies van hul ideologiese rewolusie.<\/p>\n

"Die vernietigingsdrang in Suid-Afrika is ook nie net tot die Fees Must Fall-aksie beperk nie, en dit is nie net die EFF wat in hierdie verband wetteloosheid en anargie predik nie.  Sy denkgenoot die regerende ANC doen jare al lustig hieraan mee.<\/p>\n

"Wanneer lede van die ANC ongelukkig is oor dienslewering, dan brand en vernietig hulle wat voorkom. Dit is bandeloosheid wat nie ruimte daarvoor laat om die land en die ekonomie op te bou en vorentoe te laat beweeg nie.<\/p>\n

"Nog erger as die vernielsugtige studente is mense soos Duduzane Zuma, en in die besonder Julius Malema wat saam met voormalige meelopers betrokke was by beweerde korrupsie. Sulke vergrype, tesame met die onbevoegdheid en korrupsie van die regering, maak gratis hoër onderwys haas onmoontlik.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
