Elke kieser moet besef dat die toekoms in sy\/haar hande is en dat \u2018n sterk boodskap gestuur moet word dat die verval nie langer geduld sal word nie.<\/p>\n<p>Hierdie manifes bevat \u0149 agtergrond ten opsigte van munisipale kwessies en probleme, die oorsake van hierdie probleme en bied \u0149 tienpunt-plan aan om hierdie probleme aan te spreek.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d13c0a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6d13c0a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DIE GROOTSTE MISLUKKIG VAN DIE ANC-REGERING IS DIE STAND VAN MUNISIPALITEITE<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a51dd66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a51dd66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dienslewering faal en meeste munisipaliteite is feitlik bankrot en onvolhoubaar. Dorpe is saamgevoeg om groot munisipaliteite of metrorade te vorm, maar al wat verbeter het, is die vergoeding van raadslede en top amptenare.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2efc0933 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2efc0933\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VERANDERING IS NODIG<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6522c225 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6522c225\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Of Suid-Afrikaners verandering wil h\u00ea is \u2018n retoriese vraag aangesien 31% van Suid-Afrikaners geen vertroue in hul plaaslike regerings het nie en slegs 12% volkome vertroue het.<\/p>\n<p>Daar vind sedert 2013 \u2018n gemiddeld van 2.26 diensleweringsbetogings per dag plaas. Van 1 Augustus 2020 tot 31 Januarie 2021 het daar egter 909 betogings plaasgevind. Dit is \u2018n gemiddeld van 29 betogings per dag. Alhoewel politieke faksiegevegte ook \u2018n motivering vir hierdie betogings is, is dit \u2018n aanduiding van die toename van verval en die algehele tekort aan basiese dienslewerings.<\/p>\n<p>Om egter slegs die regerende party van \u2018n munisipaliteit te verander, gaan nie die sistematiese probleme oplos nie. Dit is die huidige beleidsrigtings en die model van plaaslike regering wat moet verander.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51f21106 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51f21106\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">NIE SLEGS VERANDERING NIE, MAAR VERBETERING<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e04a006 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e04a006\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Suid-Afrikaners verdien \u2018n nuwe bedeling tot voordeel van alle gemeenskappe.<\/p>\n<p>Die ANC soek \u2018n sondebok vir alles wat verkeerd is in Suid-Afrika, vir al sy mislukking en vir die totale verval van dorpe en stede. Hy gebruik wittes as die sondebok en probeer sy kiesers behou deur wittes en apartheid die skuld vir die krisisse te gee. Rassepolarisasie word vir korttermyn politieke gewin gebruik.<\/p>\n<p>Die oorsake van die verval l\u00ea by beleid wat \u2018n gunstige omgewing vir wanbestuur, korrupsie en bedrog geskep het.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-581e6263 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"581e6263\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">DAAR IS HOOP, VERVAL KAN GESTOP WORD<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a5299f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a5299f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die mense van Suid-Afrika kan verenig rondom \u2018n nuwe visie vir die toekoms. \u2018n Visie waar jyself weer beheer neem oor jou en jou nageslag se toekoms gegrond op die waardes van integriteit, eerlikheid, hardwerkendheid, wedersydse respek en naasteliefde. Waardes wat nog altyd in die verlede die vaste fondasie gevorm het vir die skep van \u2018n toekoms van vrede, veiligheid en voorspoed.<\/p>\n<p>Die VF Plus se 2021-manifes vervat daadwerlike oplossings wat hoop bied om \u2018n beter toekoms te bou en die verval te stop.
